The fully premixed low nitrogen condensing steam generator uses stainless steel finned energy-saving devices to preheat the water supply.   • Working principle

Continuous steam transmission technology - Traditional steam generation equipment or steam boilers achieve periodic water supply or heating by heating the stored water to a predetermined standard through periodic segmented steam heating. The ultra-low nitrogen steam unit uses its own "steam continuous transmission technology" to ensure a continuous and almost lossless rapid transmission of steam to heat and store water, achieving continuous and uninterrupted supply.   • Product Features

The fully premixed surface combustion technology is the most advanced gas combustion technology in the world, which involves the thorough pre mixing of gas and air before entering the combustion chamber, resulting in more complete combustion, improved combustion efficiency, and reduced release of harmful gases. Its characteristics are as follows:

1) The traditional high-pressure jet gas burner adopts diffusion combustion, while the metal fiber burner adopts a fully premixed surface combustion method. In the case of a small excess air coefficient, the combustion is more complete, resulting in high thermal efficiency and low CO emissions.

6) At lower output, the metal fiber burner can adopt radiation heat transfer method, which can increase the efficiency of heat exchange.

7) It has a smaller thermal inertia, so the heating and cooling are faster, the infrared time is extremely short, and the temperature control response is sensitive.

8) Due to the fine pores and certain thickness of the medium in the furnace head of the metal fiber burner, the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the medium is large, and the tempering tendency of the metal fiber burner is lower, making it safe and reliable.
